Refunds and Return Policy

Our General Philosophy

We believe in earning your trust through thoughtful service, transparent communication, and measurable impact. As a practice, we do not touch revenue until value is delivered and acknowledged.

At Okinyo Mark’s Management Consultancy (OMMC), we’re committed to delivering practical, high-value solutions that empower entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals across Africa. Our Refund & Returns Policy reflects both our dedication to client satisfaction and the realities of running a sustainable business.

1. Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, Self-Diagnostic Resources)

Eligibility for Refunds:

    • You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not downloaded, accessed, or used the resource.
    • If you’ve experienced technical issues (e.g., download failure) that we’re unable to resolve within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • Refunds are not offered for digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
    • We do not provide refunds based on personal preference changes after delivery, as our product pages clearly outline features and use cases.

2. Live Sessions (Workshops, Masterclasses, Free Diagnostics)

Cancellations & Refunds:

    • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, you’re eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
    • f you miss a session but provide notice within 24 hours post-event, we’ll offer one-time access to a replay or credit your participation in an upcoming session.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
    • Session fees for raffle-based live demos are final once payment is made and the session is confirmed.

3. Bespoke Engagements (Consulting, Coaching, Advisory Projects)

We invest deeply in understanding your goals and tailoring our services accordingly.

Payment Terms:

    • For engagements under KES 100,000, we require full payment upfront before kickoff.
    • For larger engagements, we offer milestone-based payments as outlined in your service agreement.

Refunds & Adjustments:

    • If OMMC cancels a confirmed engagement before delivery begins, a full refund is issued.
    • If a client cancels:
      • 7+ days before: 75% refund
      • 3–6 days before: 50% refund
      • Less than 3 days: No refund, but session may be rescheduled once at no extra charge (valid for 30 days).

Non-Refundable Milestones:

Once a phase or milestone of work has begun or been delivered, it is considered earned and non-refundable.


4. Special Considerations

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you believe an exception should be made based on extraordinary circumstances, please reach out to us directly. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
