    • Reflecting on personal values, passions, and goals
    • Breakout session: Discussing findings from your SWOT analysis
  3. Defining Your Target Audience – 1 hour
    • Identifying your target market and ideal client
    • Analyzing the needs and pain-points of your target audience
    • Breakout session: Role-playing exercise on customer personas
  4. Crafting Your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – 1.5 hours
    • Understanding the concept of USP
    • Developing your USP statements / Elevator pitch
    • Breakout session: Developing USP statements in small groups
    • Lunch Break – 1 hour

Afternoon Session:

  1. Establishing Your Online Presence – 1.5 hours
    • Importance of a professional online presence
    • Building a personal website or blog with relevant content
    • Leveraging LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms
    • Breakout session: An audit of  your social media accounts
  2. Content Creation and Thought Leadership – 1.5 hours
    • Understanding the role of content and thought leadership in personal branding
    • Types of content: articles, blog posts, social media updates, podcasts, videos, etc.
    • Tips for generating content ideas and staying consistent
    • Breakout session: Brainstorming content ideas
  3. Networking and Building Relationships – 1 hour
    • Importance of networking in personal branding
    • Strategies for building connections both online and offline
    • Breakout session: Role-playing exercise
  4. Conclusion and Action Plan – 30 minutes
    • Recap of the day’s lessons on building a strong personal brand
    • Reinforcing the key takeaways
    • Developing an action plan for personal brand development and growth
    • Review of action plans with the entire class and exchanging feedback
